Lacrosse League Rules
"Subbing of players from another team is allowed for any team that has less than 10 of their original roster present with consent of the opposing team. The player can be asked to leave at any time by the opposing team when/if the team reaches their 15 rostered players. "
“ If a team does not supply at least 10 rostered players by halftime the game will be an automatic forfeit. “
"Fighting will not be tolerated and the players will be asked to leave the game and will be required to miss the following game."
"Helmets, gloves, arm guards, shoulder pads, are REQUIRED and cups, mouthpieces, and Rib pads are highly recommended. Not wearing all equipment will void any insurance claim or liability of the league from an injury."
"Sticks should not be altered to benefit any player. Keep all sticks to NCAA specifications. This means no wooden shafts, pinched heads, extended shafts, etc. This is a fun but competitive league this has not been an issue but lets not make it one either."
"The league will run under normal lacrosse rules with the exception that the referees are not professional so calls will be missed. This is not a drama club so do not act out any penalties because they will not be called unless they are clearly penalties."
"There is plenty of room to warm up before the game so please do so. There will be a 5 minute warm-up on the field before the game if time permits. Each game will have two, 25 minute running time, halves with a 5 minute halftime rest. If needed for rain cancellations times may be cut. "
"Games will start promptly at the scheduled time. If the opposing team does not have enough players they can run man down or wait for their teammates. After 5 minutes of delay your team will be awarded 1 point every two minutes for the next ten minutes. Once at 5 points ahead, the game will be forfeit if the other team decides not to play."
