This is the registration page for the Men's Summer Lacrosse League please check the website for rules of the league.  Refunds will only be given if I receive a request in writing .

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click on “To Register Click Here”

2. Read the Waiver

3. In the text box provide type “YES” to agree to the terms of the waiver

4. Enter all information

5. When asked about a team number search for any teammates you may have playing and choose the same team number.  If you are an individual applicant you may choose any team. 

6. Please check the “Teams” section 1 week prior to our first game to verify you have not been moved to another team.

Cost of Registration

$65

Late fees will be applied and if I do not receive your postmarked payment by the dates below you will be assessed a late registration fee.
